With more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Quibilah has led initiatives spanning maternal health, housing stability, grief support, community engagement, and organizational strategy. Her work is rooted in designing equitable systems, cultivating authentic partnerships, and transforming community wisdom into sustainable action. She believes that the people closest to the challenges are also closest to the solutions. Alongside her systems leadership, Quibilah is an ordained ceremonialist, grief practitioner, sound healer, Reiki practitioner, and ancestral healing guide. She brings a spiritually grounded approach to leadership that honors healing as an essential component of justice and collective transformation. Whether facilitating strategic conversations, holding space for grief, or building cross-sector collaborations, she creates environments where people feel seen, connected, and empowered to move from survival toward collective thriving. As Co-Founder, Quibilah is helping shape a movement that not only protects Black women and children but also reimagines what becomes possible when community, culture, healing, and systems change work together.
